Men's Retreat

Register below ⬇️ Men, it is time for our annual retreat with the men of the parish.We have so many attachments that compete for our time. Many of these attachments are good and need to kept in balance: family, work, prayer, hobbies, friendships, recreation etc. Other attachments are things that we could, and sometimes should, severely limit or do without: screen time, social media, entertainment, time away from family, pornography, unforgiveness, language, spiritual curiosity in ungodly things, and more.
This retreat will focus on the necessary and balanced DETACHMENT we need from the things of the world so we can ATTACH to the things of God and the meaningful things of life.
This will intentionally be a simple lenten retreat that will help us detach: simple food, prayer, teaching, fellowship and always FIRE!Invite another guy to come, regardless of what parish they attend.
Come, get away for a weekend to detach, pray, rest and connect with Jesus and one another.
